Q - Can I set up a payment arrangement on my account?
Please click here to contact us and submit your payment proposal. Include dates, amounts and payment type. A representative will respond to you within 24 hours.

Q - Who do I make my check payable to?
All checks should be made payable to Roosen, Varchetti & Olivier, PLLC.

Q - What type of payments do you accept?
We offer a variety of payment options, including check, certified check, Check by Phone, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Money Gram, Money Order, and Western Union.

Q - How can I be sure my account will be credited properly?
For proper account credit, please include your 6 digit file number on any payment or correspondence. This number can be found on the letter you received from our office.

Q - Is there a fee for making a payment using a credit card or e-check (ACH) ?

Depending upon the account agreement in place there may be an electronic convenience fee -- please note this electronic payment option is offered for your convenience and that you are not required to make your payment electronically. If you choose to make your payment by e-check or credit card please note that because of the fee associated with processing an electronic payment, the payment amount that you enter may not be the same amount that is credited toward the payment of your debt. The amount credited to your account will be determined by deducting the appropriate fee from the amount you enter as your payment.

Any Visa, Master Card, or Discover card payments are subject to a 2.5% processing fee; for example, a $50.00 payment would result in a credit to your account of $50.00 - ($50.00 x 0.025) = $48.75

Any e-check (ACH) payment made is subject to a $1.00 processing fee regardless of the payment amount; for example, a $301.00 payment would credit your account in the amount of $301.00 - $1.00 = $300.00

For this reason we recommend that you make your payment by e-check as there is only a $1.00 fee for any ACH payment made.
